If the problem turns out to be vendor supplied software code, we will report it to the vendor, and if it is a production showstopper, we will provide you with a work-around until it is fixed.

ECHO’s staff will install minor upgrades and bulletins at a fixed rate and generally do anything your internal I.T. staff does. We will also develop new customizations and enhancements on a time and materials basis with deep discounts from our standard consulting rates.  ™ is not a replacement for vendor maintenance agreements.
